This October, Chin Chin’s Weekend Sessions are getting a mini makeover with a big Hong Kong-inspired twist.
We’re teaming up with Time Out and the Hong Kong Tourism Board to take your tastebuds to the land of dim sum with a series of Disco Yum Cha lunch feasts running Saturdays and Sundays from 1-31 October. Whether you’re daydreaming about your next Hong Kong trip or simply craving a taste of the destination’s legendary cuisine, this Disco Yum Cha is a culinary adventure that transports you straight to the streets of Hong Kong.
The menu will be dishing up a roll-call of yum cha’s greatest hits; from Prawn & Scallop Bao Toast with Sichuan Mayo, to Char Siu Pork Rib-Eye, to BBQ Pork & Pineapple Milk Buns. There’ll be dumplings galore, and even Baked Egg Tarts to end on a sweet note.
Alongside all that, you’ll enjoy 90 minutes of free-flowing sips — including signature cocktails, brews and wine — with the whole thing coming in at $89pp. Or, upgrade your free-flow to two hours for $109pp.
The fun’s happening from 12-3pm each weekend, with bookings and walk-ins welcome.
