Our mates at Archie Rose Distilling Co are stopping by for one very spirited night at Chin Chin Sydney.

Our brains behind the bar have shaken and stirred up three knockout cocktails for the occasion, each featuring Archie Rose Gin and served alongside a three-course menu of Chin Chin eats.

Plus there’s a little something extra in the mix – a mystery pour, soon to be released and brand new from Archie Rose.  Be the first to experience the latest bottle from Archie Rose and see if you can taste the Chris Hemsworth touch.

Joining us for the night is Archie Rose Master Distiller Dave Withers. A three-time Distiller of the Year and one of Australia’s most accomplished names in spirits.  Dave will co host the evening alongside Chin Chin Executive Chef Matthew MacLeod, who has designed a three-course menu to match every pour.
