Executive Chef Matt MacLeod has created a menu that works just as well on your palette as it does on your plate. Dig into a four-course Feed Me Menu of Chin Chin classics from local NSW produce, including Beetroot Tartare with Shiso & Parsnip Crisps, as well as Steamed Market Fish with Rich Turmeric Curry + more.
Our artistic director from Cork & Chroma will guide you step by step through the still life watercolour painting session, where you’ll create a piece inspired by NSW nature. Your paints? Think vibrant chilli oil, rich beetroot sauce, blackberry cream, paprika salt and more.
