Turn up the heat and learn the secret behind Chin Chin’s famous flavours with Executive Chef Ben Cooper.
Make your own Laab paste, Nahm Prik Num and Banana Blossom salad while Ben teaches you how to master the art of the mortar and pestle, Chin Chin style. Plus, you’ll get to enjoy the fruits of your labour with an express Feed Me and matched cocktail after class.
Dig into a menu of classics like Kingfish Sashimi, Roast Pork Belly and Grilled King Salmon in Banana Leaf, paired perfectly with what you’ve made.
You’ll leave with a full stomach and a new set of skills you can use to recreate your favourite Chin Chin dishes at home!
