Since 2011, Chin Chin has earned its place in Melbourne’s cultural tapestry and has been shaking up the Sydney scene for the past 4 years. Even though we’ve become a so-called institution, we’re definitely not an establishment.

We’re thanking you the only way we know how — you’re invited to turn back the clock and get a taste of where it all began.

We’re turning up the heat for one night only. This is Chilli Inferno! 

Expect a rowdy chorus of South East Asian dishes, with a spotlight on spice! Be guided through a sensory exploration for a night of Chin Chin’s boundary pushing style of eating, expression and experimentation, customised to the heat you can stand. 

Dig into the flavour, including Dry Red Curry of Crispy Pork Belly and Snake Beans, Pad Khaprao of Seafood, Nahm Prik of Fragrant and Fiery Chilli, igniting the senses with a diverse spice range for Chilli enthusiasts. We’re keeping it cool with frozen cocktails and margarita’s designed to enhance your palate journey.
